The Circuit Training program focuses on functional movements that are constantly varied and performed at high intensity. Core strength, conditioning, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and balance are all areas we work on in the program.
At Besant Hill School, we scale everything to the individual student. Each workout includes a warmup, stretching, strength training/conditioning, and a cool down. Techniques, skills, and safety are taught for every move and we spend time reflecting on not only the workouts, but what areas of our bodies they are strengthening.
